| One Ethnic Nationality With Many Nomenclatures |
| As an individual, I hold many identities. In gender terms, I am a man; ethnically I am a Kuki-Chin-Mizo; religiously, I am a Christian and am Indian by nationality. These identities appeal to me differently on different occasions and circumstances. In the same vein, an ethnic nationality has some main features of ethnicity.

| Conservation gains momentum in Chin Hills
|
In this second instalment in a two-part series, villagers involved in the conservation of Natmataung National Park in Chin State discuss the challenges they face in trying to save local species from extinction.
We run the gauntlet of women, shaking hands and receiving bouquets. The old women smile from tattooed faces, the geometric indigo designs on face and throat indicating their area of origin.

| The People: Kuki/Chin/Zo |
|
1.1 Introduction
This chapter is intended to explain the identity of the target audience for the project. Its purpose is not to present a complete history of the people. The people, though belonging to the same group, carry different names and speak diverse dialects such as Falam, Hakha, Laotu, Mindat, Matupi, Mizo, Paite, Sizang, Teddim, Thado, Zo, Zotung, Zophei, and many more. However, they have common name(s) - Kuki/Chin/Zo (Zomi/Mizo). For the sake of convenience, I will be using the term KCZ throughout my project.

| Importance Of Having A Demarcated Territory |
| Having a national name without any demarcated territory is just a wishful thinking. The reason is that people with no territory are like if they do not exist. That was the reason why Israel had sought their ancestral territory in 1948 as a sovereign country after almost 2000 years of wandering lives all over the world
